Rate: $75–80/hr on W2
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) projects. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP technology initiatives supporting Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management, and Order Management. This role requires expertise in managing cross-functional teams, driving project governance, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise SAP programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP SCM programs and projects.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize deliverables.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate activities across business teams, SAP functional consultants, developers, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Drive SAP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and post-production support.
- Establish project governance, executive reporting, and program status updates.
- Manage transition from build to run/operations while ensuring operational stability.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management activities during application operations.
- Identify automation opportunities and continuous process improvements using modern technologies.
- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of Technical Program/Project Management experience.
- Proven experience delivering SAP Supply Chain (SCM) projects.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes:
- Procurement
- Planning
- Inventory Management
- Manufacturing
- Warehousing
- Logistics
- Order Management
- Experience with SAP modules including:
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP PP
- SAP EWM
- SAP TM
- Expertise in project governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
