Position: Java Full Stack / Backend Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Java Backend/Microservices Developers with telecom background to build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot backend applications.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external systems.
• Implement and maintain microservices architectures for distributed systems.
• Work across the SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Work closely with front-end, database, and infrastructure teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Debug, optimize, and enhance backend systems for scalability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS / IT or related field
• 5 years of Java backend development experience
• Telecom domain experience (must-have)
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Microservices
• Experience building REST APIs, JSON/XML
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS: Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Cloud exposure: AWS/Azure/GCP (good to have)
• Experience with monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus
• Strong debugging & communication skills
