Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in Cloud FinOps to lead and manage post-implementation monitoring, cost optimization, and financial governance across cloud environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, finance, and business teams to ensure efficient cloud usage, cost transparency, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management for Cloud FinOps initiatives across AWS/Azure/GCP environments.
- Monitor cloud usage and spending post-implementation to ensure cost efficiency and budget adherence.
- Implement and manage FinOps best practices including cost allocation, forecasting, and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, operations) to drive financial accountability.
- Analyze cloud cost trends, identify anomalies, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Establish governance frameworks, policies, and reporting dashboards for cloud financial management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cloud performance and cost optimization.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Program Management with a focus on Cloud FinOps.
- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep understanding of cloud cost management tools and billing models.
- Experience in post-implementation monitoring and optimization.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with FinOps frameworks and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- FinOps Certified Practitioner or related certifications.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise cloud environments.
- Background in cloud architecture or engineering is a plus.
