We’re looking for a high-energy, self-directed Customer Success Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to get things done without needing constant direction.
In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring clients successfully adopt and get value from their security systems. You’ll lead onboarding and training, manage ongoing relationships, deliver performance reporting, and identify opportunities for account growth.
We have core processes in place — this role is about executing them at a high level while continuously improving how we operate.
What You’ll Do
- Own onboarding, training, and ongoing management for a portfolio of customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Deliver monthly reporting with clear insights (not just data)
- Track account health and proactively address risks
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables required) and comfort working with data
- Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong communicator who can work effectively with both customers and internal teams
- Problem-solver who takes ownership and figures things out
