- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages from high-level clients
- Master our digital tools to resolve complex, time-sensitive requests
- Offer day or night support (flexible scheduling; after hours and weekends available)
- Document every client interaction for seamless, white-glove continuity

Requirements:
