We are scaling fast and looking for a Florida-based Growth Advisor who is hungry, persuasive, disciplined, and excited to help disrupt a $20B industry.
This is NOT a typical title rep role. There are no coffee-and-lunch meetings, no legacy book-of-business expectations, and no outdated marketing tactics. You will be part of a new model: seller-direct agent-direct growth driven by technology, speed, and an irresistible offer.

What You’ll Do
1. Convert Warm Agents Into Loyal Partners
We have 300 agents who have closed buyer-side transactions with Cloud Title. You will:
- Call, text, email, and follow up consistently.
- Introduce the Safe Listing Program.
- Convert buyers’ agents into listing partners.
- Build long-term relationships powered by value, not lunches.
2. Prospect Productive Listing Agents (Direct-to-Agent)
You’ll contact Florida agents who list 8 homes per year using:
- Phone outreach
- Email sequences
- Social/digital follow-up campaigns
- Direct mail conversations
Your goal is simple: enroll them into the Safe Listing Program.
3. Respond to Inbound Calls From Sellers Agents
When sellers respond to postcards, ads, or social campaigns, you:
- Educate them on the Safe Listing Program.
- Enroll them into the offer.
- Guide them on how to tell their listing agent they're choosing Cloud Title.
- Maintain pipeline communication until listing.
4. Follow Up Relentlessly
Your superpower is persistence. You will:
- Maintain daily call/text/email cadence.
- Log activity in CRM.
- Hit daily and weekly KPIs.
- Move people through funnels and into transactions.
What You Need to Succeed
Required
- Must live in Florida (remote work allowed)
- 2–5 years experience in sales, inside sales, or outbound customer engagement
- Excellent phone presence and spoken communication
- Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management
- Tech-savvy mindset (CRM, texting platforms, call systems)
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Real estate, title, mortgage, or insurance background
- Familiarity with Florida markets or common real estate terms

Compensation
- Base Salary: $35,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$100,000 (commissions bonuses)
