Jesta I.S Vision Supply Management Consultant

Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite or Hybrid as needed)

We are seeking an experienced Jesta I.S Vision Supply Management Consultant with deep expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Jesta's Vision Suite modules across supply chain, inventory, purchasing, and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jesta I.S Vision ERP, strong functional understanding of retail supply chain processes, and the ability to work with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions.

• Implement, configure, and support Jesta I.S Vision Supply Management modules.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Support end-to-end ERP processes in Inventory Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Distribution, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Operations.

• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause resolution for issues within Vision ERP.

• Lead integration efforts between Jesta Vision and other enterprise systems (eCommerce, WMS, POS, etc.).

• Manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during implementations or upgrades.

• Develop test scripts and participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment support.

• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support.

• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and business users to improve process efficiency and system reliability.

• Strong hands-on experience with Jesta I.S Vision ERP, specifically Vision Supply Management modules.

• Deep functional understanding of retail supply chain workflows, including:

  • Purchasing

  • Inventory Control

  • Distribution

  • Warehouse Operations

  • Order Management

• Experience in configuring Vision ERP components and supporting production environments.

• Ability to analyze complex data and business processes and recommend improvements.

• Strong understanding of integration methods, data flows, and system interfaces.

• Experience working in large retail or wholesale environments is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Experience with other Jesta Vision modules (Merchandising, Retail, POS, CRM).

• Knowledge of SQL queries for data validation and reporting.

• Experience working in consulting engagements (TCS or similar consulting background is a plus).
