Very strong Oracle HCM Cloud consulting company seeks an experience Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead with excellent communication and client relation skills. This is a full-time, permanent role, and can be based anywhere in the US, will be remote-based with less than 25% travel.
- 5 yrs techno-functional experience with HCM Cloud
- BIP, OTBI, Extracts, etc
- OIC experience a strong plus
- VBS a plus
- Must have solid experience leading client discussions from technical perspective, providing meaningful insight and guidance
- Must have experience as an onshore lead, directing flow and execution of work to offshore team members
