In this role you will lead the discovery, problem definition and delivery of functional areas within the construction industry. Specifically, the focus will be in the configuration, integration and support of JDE Financial and/or Supply Chain applications. Will be responsible for participating in the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to validation and support for their functional area. Will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and product owners of other functional areas to define the product vision, prioritize features, and deliver a scalable product tailored to the unique needs of the homebuilding and construction industry. Will be instrumental in identifying and validating AI use cases that deliver measurable business value, ensuring alignment with both user needs and broader business objectives.

- Define and own the product roadmap for their respective functional area in the new system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable user stories and features.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of product increments in collaboration with agile development teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle Cloud advancements.
- Plan for ongoing support and maintenance of the product.
- Min 5 yrs functional JDE configuration, design, and support experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Experience or exposure to construction or home building industry sector
