Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products related to their needs.
• Provide expert advice and knowledge of the products in the store.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
• Maintain organized stock shelves by stocking new merchandise and merchandising displays to attract customer attention.
• Support inventory management through stock counts and organizing backstock areas efficiently.
• Assist customers with product inquiries ensuring seamless shopping experiences.
• Communicate product features clearly in multiple languages if applicable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.

Skills

• Strong knowledge on E-Cig and Vape products.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging a diverse customer base.
• Experience with retail math for accurate cash handling and sales reconciliation.
• Proficiency with POS systems and cashiering procedures to process transactions efficiently.
• Ability to organize stock, merchandise displays, and store layout to maximize visual appeal.
• Customer service skills that foster positive interactions and build lasting relationships with shoppers.
