What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow Architect position at CLOUD SERVICES INTEGRATORS INC.?
Responsibilities
a. At least seven years’ experience implementing CSM deployments on ServiceNow
b. At least five (5) years of FTE experience providing verifiable documentation of ServiceNow configuration/customization skills.
c. Experience providing verifiable documentation of ServiceNow Adaptive Implementation Framework and/or ServiceNow Implementation Methodology.
d. At least two (2) successful ServiceNow Implementations of equivalent size and complexity to the PD within the last 3 years.
e. ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) experience.
f. ServiceNow Certification is required
