About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy operations with a strong focus on prior authorizations and communication. This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Prior Authorization Specialist, Intake Specialist, or Pharmacy Technician who are interested in working in an innovative, technology-driven healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound calls from clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders, offering courteous and knowledgeable assistance for inquiries and medication-related concerns
- Transfer complex calls to higher-level technicians or pharmacists for prompt resolution, ensuring a smooth transition and providing relevant information
- Perform accurate data entry to update prescription records and patient information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Deliver exceptional clients service through chat and phone, handling complaints and educating clients about medications and usage
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and safety protocols
Who You Are
- Registered Technician Trainee License, in good standing, with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
- Proven experience in a pharmacy or in a similar client service role is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug classifications, and common medications
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems used in pharmacy operations
- Willing to work onsite at our Farmers Branch, TX location
