We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice/Laborer who’s eager to learn the trade and grow into a skilled installer or technician.
Job Summary:
As an Apprentice/Laborer, you’ll assist experienced installers with the day-to-day work of remodeling bathrooms and kitchens. You’ll gain hands-on experience in demolition, material preparation, product installation, and finishing work — all while learning industry best practices and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead installers with bathroom and kitchen remodels, including demolition, setup, and clean-up
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare work areas, protect surfaces, and maintain job site cleanliness
- Measure, cut, and handle materials such as tile, plumbing fixtures, and cabinetry
- Follow safety protocols and use tools and equipment properly
- Learn installation techniques for showers, tubs, cabinets, flooring, and countertops
- Support the team in maintaining quality and efficiency on every project
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction preferred (but not required)
- Previous experience in construction or remodeling a plus
