Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Organizational skills to keep track of inventory, sales, and customer information.
- Previous experience in jewelry sales, technical sales, or electronics sales is a plus.
