Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential and light commercial roofing and renovation projects from production start through completion. This role serves as the main point of contact between homeowners, crews, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously
- Schedule crews, materials, inspections, and subcontractors
- Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress
- Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Complete project documentation, photos, and close-out paperwork
- Coordinate with sales, office staff, and suppliers
- Enforce company standards, safety protocols, and workmanship expectations
Qualifications
- 2 years of construction or roofing project management experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage timelines, crews, and customer expectations
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology (smartphone apps, project software, email, photos)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and access job sites as needed
