What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Carpenter position at Cloud Nine Construction?
Looking for an experienced carpenter. Minimum 4 years. If you have no experience, please do not apply. Must be knowledgeable in all phases of residential construction and must have hands on experience in and be able to complete the following tasks without supervision or help:
Trim carpentry
Cabinet installation
Cabinet door adjustment
Crown molding installation
Baseboard installation
Door service/repair
Hanging new doors and trim
New build framing and remodel framing
Hanging new construction and retrofit windows
Siding installation
Subfloor installation
Dry rot repair
Woodworking
Must be knowledgeable in the following tasks:
Residential remodeling of kitchens
Residential remodeling of bathrooms
Order of trades and operations in remodeling projects
New construction
Order of trades and operations in new construction projects
Basic plumbing
Basic electrical
Basic drywall
Basic flooring
Basic roofing
Basic use of cell phone apps and computers
Must have:
Own hand tools
Reliable transportation to company yard
Valid drivers license
Clean background check
Clean drug test
