Spa Receptionist
Typical shifts are 9:30 AM to 3:15 PM or 3:00 PM to 8:45 PM. Flexibility to travel to Half Moon Bay/Burlingame/San Jose for shifts is required when needed, with commute time compensated.
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of our spa and office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Book and manage client appointments
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Support project coordination and related tasks as needed
- Review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist with administrative duties, including preparing reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in computer systems and tools, including Google Suite
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- This position requires working at HMB location for minority of the shifts, and occasional shifts at San Jose location. We do pay extra hours to compensate the commute if working there. Please confirm if you are okay with this.
