EUC Engineer (VDI/Citrix / Horizon)

Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C, C2H will not be considered

We are seeking a highly skilled End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise desktop and virtual workspace environments. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, secure, and high-performing end-user experience across physical and virtual platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), endpoint management, and modern workplace technologies, including platforms such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Omnissa Horizon

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain EUC environments, including VDI and physical endpoints
• Administer and optimize virtual desktop platforms (Citrix and/or Horizon)
• Manage desktop images, application packaging, and software distribution
• Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot end-user issues
• Implement and maintain endpoint security and compliance standards
• Support identity and access integrations (Active Directory / Entra ID)
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams
• Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell preferred)
• Provide Tier 3 support and escalation for complex EUC issues
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in End User Computing, VDI, or desktop engineering
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Omnissa Horizon - MUST HAVE

Hands-on experience with:

• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or Omnissa Horizon
• Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
• Active Directory and Group Policy
• Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM/MECM)
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, load balancing)

Salary : $60 - $65
