Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced UiPath Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath architecture, governance, and advanced automation capabilities, along with the ability to drive end-to-end RPA solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end UiPath automation architectures for enterprise solutions
- Define and enforce automation standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
- Architect scalable solutions using Reframe work, custom frameworks, and reusable components
- Lead UiPath Orchestrator setup and design (tenants, folders, queues, assets, triggers)
- Evaluate automation feasibility and application stability, especially for dynamic web applications
- Determine optimal automation approach (UI automation vs API vs integrations)
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of automation solutions
- Implement robust exception handling, logging, and retry mechanisms
- Work closely with business, IT, security, and infrastructure teams
- Provide technical leadership, including code reviews, mentoring, and design guidance
- Contribute to automation roadmap, estimations, and risk assessments
- Follow and promote Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Drive adoption of advanced capabilities like UiPath IXP and Agentic Automation
Required Skills (Must-Have)
- 10 years of experience in IT with strong RPA experience (UiPath)
- Minimum 3 years as UiPath Solution Architect
- Strong hands-on experience in UiPath IXP (Intelligent Document Processing)
- Expertise in selectors, OCR, queues, assets, and credential management
- Strong experience in Python scripting for automation, data processing, or integrations
- Deep understanding of UiPath REFramework and framework design principles
- Experience in UiPath Orchestrator architecture and management
- Strong experience in automation design, scalability, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with exception handling and logging strategies
- Experience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
- Experience working with JIRA for tracking and Agile delivery
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with other RPA tools: Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
- Knowledge of UiPath Agentic Automation
- Exposure to API integrations and enterprise system integrations
- Experience in cloud-based automation deployments
