What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corrections Officer 1 position at Cloud County Sheriff's Department?
The Cloud County Sheriff's Department is seeking to fill two full-time Corrections Officers' positions. Starting pay for Corrections Officer Level 1 is $17.50/hr. The County Sheriff's Department provides very competitive insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Vacation days are accrued from the start of employment and are available for use at the 6-month mark of employment.
Minimum qualifications must include:
- High school Diploma/GED
- KS Driver's License
- No Felonies or Domestic Violence Convictions
- Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Pass Firearm Qualifications
