Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their HVAC needs, concerns, and goals
- Build trust and rapport with prospective customers through a professional, consultative sales approach
- Recommend tailored HVAC solutions based on each homeowner's home, budget, and comfort priorities
- Present the benefits of Cloud Comfort HVAC's high-efficiency products and services clearly and confidently
- Follow up with prospects and customers to move opportunities forward
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals through consistent effort, follow-up, and self-motivation
- Stay informed on HVAC products, industry trends, company offerings, and sales best practices
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the Cloud Comfort HVAC team to support company-wide growth and customer satisfaction
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Consultative sales experience is highly preferred
- HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required; training is provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to quickly build trust with homeowners
- Comfortable presenting solutions and asking for the sale
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
