Solutions Engineer
About Cloud Coach:
Cloud Coach is a fast-growing enterprise-class project management SaaS company built on the Salesforce.com platform. Our software empowers teams to streamline operations, increase productivity, and focus on their core business. Trusted by industry leaders across technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and entertainment, we help companies worldwide achieve meaningful and measurable growth.
As we continue to scale, we’re seeking talented individuals who are passionate about contributing to our dynamic, collaborative culture.
The Role:
Cloud Coach is seeking two Solutions Engineers bridging pre-sales and post-sales. You’ll support discovery, scoping, demos/POCs, and LOE validation, then translate winning designs into delivery—configuration, testing, data migration, and QA. Allocation flexes with demand. Ideal for builders who like to toggle between customer strategy and hands-on execution.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Post-Sales Delivery:
- Lead customer-facing configuration and build work.
- Provide data migration support, testing, and QA sign-offs.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for implementations.
- Coordinate project tasks and triage customer change requests (CRs).
- Support quality assurance to ensure customer success.
Pre-Sales & Enablement:
- Partner with sales to provide discovery support and scoping inputs.
- Prepare and deliver demos, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept.
- Validate level-of-effort (LOE) for proposed solutions.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with technical expertise.
- Build internal enablement resources to improve sales cycles and reduce escalations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Implementation Specialist.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and basic administration (objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation).
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, including data migration, integrations, or solution design.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply platform knowledge.
- Experience configuring SaaS solutions and supporting data migrations and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project coordination or delivery experience is a plus.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Competitive Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base salary plus eligibility for commission.
- Retirement Plan: 401(k) matching up to thirty-five hundred dollars annually with no vesting period.
- Health Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Unlimited PTO: Unlimited PTO to support work-life balance.
- Wellness Stipend: Monthly health & wellness stipend.
- Collaborative Culture: Collaborative, supportive company culture with regular team lunches and events.
- Location: Hybrid role, with the main office located in Fort Collins.
- Office Perks: Downtown Fort Collins office with access to outdoor activities, restaurants, and entertainment.
