- Lead client discovery sessions to define business requirements, technical objectives, and success metrics.
- Translate complex business processes into scalable, Salesforce-based solutions.
- Develop high-quality solution documentation, data models, and configuration plans.
- Advise clients on best practices for project management automation, reporting, and governance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Cloud Coach capabilities and integration opportunities.
- Oversee solution delivery from design through go-live, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and timeline.
- Configure Salesforce (flows, automation, reporting) and guide technical teams on integrations and data migration.
- Lead UAT planning, QA validation, and deployment readiness.
- Mentor junior consultants and solution developers to improve consistency and technical execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks early, maintaining proactive communication with internal and client stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales during scoping and proposal stages to validate technical feasibility and effort estimates.
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions Development teams to test new features and shape roadmap feedback.
- Support enablement initiatives by developing reusable frameworks, templates, and training content.
- Act as an escalation point for technical or process challenges within project teams.
- 5-8 years in a customer-facing technical consulting or implementation role (e.g., Technical Solutions Consultant, Salesforce Consultant, Technical Architect, or Implementation Lead).
- Hands-on Salesforce experience with configuration, customization, and administration (flows, automation, dashboards, integrations).
- Strong background in SaaS solution delivery, project coordination, and client relationship management.
- Demonstrated success leading complex implementations or multi-phase deployments.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect business goals to technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
- Preferred: PMP, Salesforce Project Management, or Salesforce Consultant certifications.
- Competitive Compensation: $110,000–$140,000 base salary plus eligibility for commission.
