Exciting Opportunity for a Licensed Massage Therapist
We seek a Certified/Licensed Massage Therapist for our high-traffic, well-established Chiropractic Office in North OC.
Position requirements:
* Current and Valid CA-Licensed Massage Therapist.
* Adhere to all current regulations and laws related to massage therapy.
* Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality abiding by HIPAA Regulations.
* Discuss client concerns, medical histories, and specific stresses or problematic areas to develop the most effective approach to treatment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Very self-motivated and highly organized.
* Work well independently and as part of a team.
* Dependable, punctual, with reliable transportation is a must.
* Capacity to learn and understand our office procedures.
* Demonstrates a professional demeanor that ensures confidentiality in all areas of work.
* Maintain cleanliness in treatment rooms.
* Health and wellness-oriented.
* Ability to perform 30, 60, and occasional 90-minute therapeutic massage.
Job Qualifications:
* Experience: 2 yrs of Massage Therapy experience (Preferred).
* Experience in a chiropractic/medical setting is a PLUS, but not required.
* Experience in Deep Tissue and Swedish techniques is a must. Sports, Pre & Postnatal, and other techniques are a plus.
Opportunity:
* Hours: Part-time; may convert to Full-time.
* Established Office with an existing patient base, plus walk-in patients.
