Job Title: Salesforce CPQ /Zuora Consultant
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid β 3 Days Onsite)
Terms: 12 Months Contract

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly technical and hands-on Lead Revenue Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Zuora Billing to support and scale our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) ecosystem. This role requires a strong developer mindset combined with functional CPQ and billing expertise. The ideal candidate will actively build, configure, and troubleshoot complex revenue workflows while ensuring seamless system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain complex configurations within Salesforce CPQ including Product Bundles, Price Rules, Product Rules, Discount Schedules, and Advanced Approvals
- Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and Zuora, including Zuora CPQ/360 sync processes
- Build and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations and resolve data sync issues
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
- Create and maintain Quote Calculator Plugins (QCP) using JavaScript
- Manage and configure Zuora platform components including product catalog, subscription lifecycle, billing, and payment gateways
- Perform deep debugging using logs and troubleshoot system issues across Salesforce and Zuora environments
- Handle sandbox management, deployments, and CI/CD processes using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce CLI
- Support production releases and ensure stability of the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with strong focus on Salesforce CPQ
- Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing / Zuora CPQ / Zuora 360
- Strong programming experience in Apex, LWC, JavaScript (QCP), and Salesforce Flows
- Experience building and debugging API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes
- Experience with subscription billing models and revenue operations systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze logs and resolve complex issues
- Experience with deployment tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce CLI
