Overview: 

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Solution Designer to support the transformation of business and functional requirements into scalable solution designs within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This role will be a critical bridge between business analysts, developers, and architects, ensuring that technical solutions meet business objectives and adhere to best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities and experience producing comprehensive design documentation.

Duties

• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into high-quality Dynamics 365 solution design documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and platform capabilities.
• Define solution components, data models, workflows, integrations, and user experiences within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Document functional and non-functional specifications, interface requirements, and customizations in detail.
• Support development teams by clarifying design intent and validating that delivered solutions meet specifications.
• Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture standards and participate in design reviews as needed.
  
  

Mandatory Qualifications: 

• 3 years of experience as a Solution Designer for complex projects.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration options.
• Experience translating business processes into detailed solution designs and system specifications.
• Proficiency in documenting solution architecture, entity models, user roles, and workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills in cross-functional team environments.
• Experience with public sector or CRM transformation projects is a plus.
