Cloud 9 Beauty Supply is a growing beauty supply store dedicated to helping customers find the best products for their hair and beauty needs. We're looking for an energetic, reliable team member who enjoys working with people and has an eye for social media and branding.
Position Summary
This is a dual-role position combining customer service with social media marketing. The ideal candidate loves beauty, enjoys creating content, and is excited to help grow our brand while providing an excellent in-store experience.
ResponsibilitiesIn-Store Duties
- Welcome and assist customers with product recommendations.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store.
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments.
- Help create attractive product displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build customer relationships.
Social Media & Branding
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Take photos and videos of products, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Help develop creative marketing ideas and promotional campaigns.
- Respond to social media comments and messages when needed.
- Assist with branding, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Stay current on beauty trends and suggest content ideas that attract new customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Interest in beauty, hair care, skincare, or cosmetics.
- Comfortable using social media platforms.
- Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
