We’re seeking a Sales Associate and/or Buyer who brings enthusiasm, great energy, and a genuine love for fashion. In this dynamic role, you’ll welcome customers, offer product guidance, and help maintain a fun, organized, and engaging shopping environment. You’ll also support our buying process through our POS system, ensuring inventory is priced and processed accurately.
Because we also sell online, this position includes photographing items, uploading images and descriptions to our website, and helping prepare online orders for shipment. Strong attention to detail and creativity are key!

Duties
- Warmly greet customers and assess their needs to create an exceptional shopping experience.
- Assist shoppers with selecting items and upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Use our POS system accurately for buying inventory, pricing items, and processing transactions (including cash handling).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor through merchandising and restocking.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering questions or assisting customers remotely.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and maintain a positive, supportive environment.
- Photograph items for online listings, upload images/descriptions, prepare orders for shipping, and help maintain online inventory accuracy.
- Assist with social media content creation — including fun videos, product highlights, and seasonal promotions. Bring your creativity!
- Engage customers with friendly, upbeat communication that encourages repeat visits and builds brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required — enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most!
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures, or willingness to learn.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a bonus and shows responsibility and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle merchandising tasks such as stocking, organizing displays, and maintaining store presentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills for pricing, cash handling, and inventory tasks.
- Professional phone etiquette for assisting customers via phone or digital channels.
- Comfort with photographing products and basic online posting tasks (training provided).
- Flexibility to work varying hours in a fast-paced, upbeat retail environment while maintaining great energy and a positive attitude.
