Position Overview
Cloth & Paper is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for preparing products and orders for shipment while maintaining the high quality standards our customers expect.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands how packaging quality directly impacts the customer experience. Previous warehouse, retail, hospitality, logistics, or production experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
- Package individual products according to company standards
- Assemble, pack, and prepare subscription box orders for shipment
- Perform quality control checks to ensure packaging accuracy and presentation
- Organize, stock, and replenish products and packaging materials
- Assist with product audits and inventory-related tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow established packaging, shipping, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Support special projects and additional operational tasks as assigned

Schedule
- Full-time
- 8-hour shifts

- Occasional overtime during peak seasonal periods and major product launches
