Position Overview
Cloth & Paper is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our Operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer and subscription orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped according to Cloth & Paper's quality standards.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands how accuracy and efficiency directly impact the customer experience. Previous warehouse, retail, hospitality, logistics, or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train individuals who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately for customer and subscription orders
- Prepare, package, and ship orders according to company standards
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy
- Receive, organize, and restock inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and product audits
- Support subscription box assembly and special fulfillment projects
- Follow established fulfillment, shipping, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned

Schedule
- Full-time
- Day shift
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional overtime during peak seasonal periods and major product launches

- Ability to stand and move throughout an entire shift
- Frequent reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
