Main Responsibilities
- Patient Coordination: Answer incoming phone calls, manage patient scheduling, and handle general office administrative duties.
- Insurance Verification: Review and check patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Optical Sales: Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses, making recommendations tailored to their lifestyle needs.
- Customer Service: Welcome patients into the clinic with a warm, professional demeanor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Core Skills: Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly disposition.
- Language Preferred: Bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred to best serve our patient community.
- Experience: Prior experience in the eye care or optical industry is a plus, but we are fully willing to train the right candidate.
