Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence: Assist dentists with advanced procedures, perform detailed dental charting, and take high-quality dental X-rays.
- Patient Comfort: Act as a guide to a healthy smile by comforting patients, building genuine rapport, and making every appointment feel seamless.
- Office Flow: Keep operatories running smoothly with precision, care, and efficient turnaround times.
- Sterilization & Inventory: Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to safety standards, while maintaining supply and stock inventory.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, update medical history, and ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.
- Professional Growth: Actively learn and adapt as we introduce new dental procedures and modern technologies to the practice (we deeply value your development!).
Requirements
- Licensing: Valid New Jersey Dental X-ray license.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) software (Dentrix or similar)
- Core Skills: Strong communication, hard work ethic, good interpersonal skills, and a warm bedside manner.
Nice-to-Have (Preferred but Not Required)
- Language & Culture: Bilingual in English and Korean
- Advanced Tech: Experience or familiarity with intraoral cameras, digital impressions/scanning, and CEREC systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Job Type: Full-time or Part-time positions available.
- Pay Rate: From $23 an hour (commensurate with experience).
- Bonus: Annual profit-sharing opportunities eligible after 1 year of employment.
