Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Headquarters) Type: Full-Time Contract (1099) | 40 Hours/Week Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Mission: Tell StoriesYou are not just a "cutter"; you are a visual storyteller. You will be working directly with CEO Buck Wise (experienced with Nike, Starbucks, Google) to turn high-level strategy into high-performing assets.
Most editors stay in the dark. You will be in the arena. You will learn how big brands move, how high-ticket offers are sold, and how to structure content that actually converts. We are looking for a creative partner who wants to graduate from "freelancer" to "media strategist."
- Zero Latency: No waiting for massive file transfers or Slack feedback loops. We ideate, shoot, edit, and ship at the speed of culture.
- Mentorship: You will absorb business and marketing strategy simply by being in the room with leadership.
- Network: You will interact with high-level entrepreneurs and clients that remote editors never get access to.
- The "Social Engine": You consistently produce a mix of high-polish (YouTube) and high-speed (Reels/TikTok) assets.
- Visual Identity: You maintain a cohesive "Qinary Style" across all assets—clean, bold, and smart.
- Archive Mastery: You don't just dump files. You organize our media library so any clip can be found in under 60 seconds.
- Rhythm & Pacing: You know exactly when a cut is too slow for TikTok or too fast for LinkedIn.
- Motion & Type: You don't just use default fonts. You can whip up clean text animations in After Effects or Premiere to increase retention.
- Audio Polish: You know that bad sound ruins good video. You can clean up dialogue and balance music levels for phone speakers.
- AI-Enhanced Speed: You aren't afraid to use tools like Descript or CapCut AI features to speed up your rough cuts.
- Experience: 1–3 years of editing experience (Social-first agency experience is a huge plus).
- Tech Stack: Expert in Adobe Premiere / Final Cut Pro. Proficient in After Effects (Basics) and CapCut.
- Hardware: Must be proficient with Mac workflows.
- Travel: Occasional (<10%) travel to capture content at events or client sites.
Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
