What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project / Event Manager position at #CLOSINGDAYAGENCY?
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Headquarters) Type: Full-Time Contract (1099) | 40 Hours/Week Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Event Travel Comp: Competitive (Based on Experience)
The Roleqinary Corporation is hiring a dual-focus Project Manager to oversee two critical operational functions: Client Campaign Execution and Corporate Event Logistics.
You will report directly to leadership, managing the timelines for high-level client deliverables while simultaneously handling the end-to-end planning of our workshops and live events. This role requires the ability to switch rapidly between digital project management tools and physical event logistics.
Core Responsibilities1. Project Management (Digital)
- Campaign Oversight: Manage end-to-end timelines for major client accounts and Qinary internal marketing. Ensure all creative assets (video, copy, design) are delivered on time.
- Quality Control: Review all deliverables against the brief before they reach leadership or the client.
- System Maintenance: Maintain the "Single Source of Truth" in our project management software (Monday.com/Asana/ClickUp). If a task is not tracked, it does not exist.
2. Event Coordination (Physical)
- Workshop Logistics: Plan and execute bi-weekly workshops held at our Scottsdale HQ and various national locations.
- Vendor Management: Handle all venue booking, catering, AV requirements, and printing of materials.
- Travel & Itineraries: Manage travel bookings and detailed run-of-show schedules for the team during event weeks.
- On-Site Execution: Act as the point person during events to resolve immediate logistical issues (registration, room setup, technical checks).
- In-Person Requirement: This is a 100% on-site role at our Scottsdale office. Remote work is not an option due to the physical nature of event planning and team collaboration.
- Travel Availability: You must be available to travel up to 30% of the time for national events.
- Contract Status: This is an ongoing, full-time 1099 contract position.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in Project Management or Event Coordination.
- Event Frequency: Prior experience managing high-frequency events (monthly or bi-weekly) is preferred over annual conference planning.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Project Management tools (Monday.com, Asana, etc.) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics (flights, hotels, venues) without errors.
Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
