Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.

- Nights and weekends on call.
- An in-office position located in Palm City but covers 4 counties, including Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee.
Responsibilities
- Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success.
- Manages internal sales support team with consistency and professionalism.
- Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.
- Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
- Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.
- Leads by example in attitude, work ethic, and company process.
Requirements
- Degree or certification is preferred.
- Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 3-5 years.
- Strong personal sales track record.
- Willing to follow our proven sales system.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, including closing ratios, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems.
- Experience using CRM platforms, scheduling systems, pricing tools, and internal dashboards.
- Communicates clearly, professionally, and consistently with team members and leadership.
Handles conflict, performance issues, and escalations calmly and effectively.
