Closets by Design Franchising is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Franchise Development Sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping projects and processes running smoothly.
The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by assisting with contract preparation, prospect management in our proprietary CRM program, travel coordination, trade show logistics, onboarding for new owners, and other key administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales contracts and other supporting documentation for review and execution
- Manage calendars for sales leadership, including scheduling meetings, customer calls, and internal appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
- Plan and organize logistics for trade shows, conferences, and customer events, including booth materials, shipping, registrations, and travel coordination
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring prospect and customer information is accurate and current
- Support franchise owner onboarding by facilitating proper documentation, scheduling initial training, and communicating with internal teams.
- Assist with preparing training materials and support during onsite training with room
- Maintain organized electronic files and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- 2 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, administrative support, or a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with contract administration and sales reporting
- Experience coordinating trade shows or corporate events.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a customer-focused mindset
- Franchising experience is a plus
