We are a customer service oriented business, and this role must be able to communicate with the customer. Lead installers should display a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating in a friendly and professional manner. Additionally, this role requires a drivers license and the ability to operate company vehicles.

Benefits
- Listed pay of $27.50/hour, with commission recommended to make more.
- Direct career track to Installation Manager with a pay increase.
- Eligible for vacation and off on holidays.
- Monday through Friday, no weekends, no required overtime.
- Tools and equipment are provided.
- Open door policy with the owner.
- Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
- Build and coach the installation team.
- Take direction and deliver on expectations.
- Follow basic drawings and install quality finished products.
- Use hand and power tools safely.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials.
- Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.
- Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
- Reliable, punctual with good work ethic.
- Possess and maintain current driver’s license.
- Good driving record.
- Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong personal organization skills.
