- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools as part of a production team
- Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques
- Follow quality and safety standards
- Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule
- Understand and adhere to cut lists for daily jobs
- Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager
- Some experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Production process experience a plus, but not required
