Closets by Design is a national leader in custom home organization systems. We design, manufacture, and install custom closets, garages, offices, wall beds, and more. We’re seeking an Installation Assistant to join our growing Kent, WA team.

This is an entry-level, hands-on role where you’ll learn from experienced installers and quickly build skills in custom carpentry, installation, and customer service. Perfect for someone who is reliable, motivated, and enjoys working with their hands.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with the installation of custom products in customer homes
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Operate company vehicle, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly
  
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Experience with tools or construction a plus, but not required—paid training provided
• Ability to follow directions, stay organized, and work in a team environment
