What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter/Cabinet Installer position at Closets by Design?

We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. We desire motivated, organized, team-oriented individuals who have a passion to provide outstanding craftsmanship and superior customer service.
Our Installation Team is seeking a Carpenter/Cabinet Installer to bring together both form and function by installing custom designed closets, garages, offices, and pantries in residential homes. You will be interacting with customers on a daily basis and will be the face of our company. Customers will love the work that you do and be ecstatic when you leave.
Must have a valid Driver's License and pass a driving record screening.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner.
- Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred but not required. We will train you if we think you are a good fit.
- Basic carpentry skills and experience with a variety of hand and power tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with customers on a daily basis.
- Strong personal organization skills.
Compensation: $70,000-$100,000/year plus benefits (see below).
