Hands-on leader who will deliver a high-quality product produced cost-effectively, efficiently, and on time.
- Manage the plant’s daily operations and employees
- Directly supervise the Engineering Dept, Shop Foreman, and Inventory dept
- Ensure all materials are ordered in a timely manner and proper inventory
- Ensure jobs are manufactured minimum 3 days before install
- Conduct daily quality control checks of completed jobs, and enforce standards.
- Coordinate closely with Installation and Sales Manager
- Schedule production and installation schedules to meet deadlines.
- Understand company product lines, equipment, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
- Interact with sales staff to review designs as defined by the owner.
- Ensure factory equipment is regularly maintained and minimum downtime.
- Produce daily cut lists.
- Forecast production requirements and maintain necessary inventory levels.
- Prior supervisory experience with hiring responsibilities
- Experience in woodworking or cabinet-making fields (32mm systems a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Cabinet Vision design software or another similiar software
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong Leadership ability
- Prior Military experience a plus.

Salary : $62,500 - $75,000
