Duties
- Operate assembly lines and manufacturing equipment efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and production standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to assemble components accurately and swiftly
- Manage warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, and organizing materials using forklifts and other equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Assist with the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment as needed
- Maintain clean, organized workstations to promote a safe and productive environment
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process
Experience
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with assembly lines, Edgebanding machine, CNC is advantageous
- Warehouse experience involving forklift operation or material handling is a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing setting to ensure compliance at all times
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks reliably
