We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Customer Experience & Service Coordinator. The Customer Experience & Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience before, during, and after installation. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for customers with questions, concerns, or service needs related to their installation and/or project with the company.

The Customer Experience & Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience before, during, and after installation. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for customers with questions, concerns, or service needs related to their installation and/or project with the company.

What Youll Do:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to installations and post-install service
- Calmly resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams
- Conduct post-install follow-up calls and emails
- Support the sales team through customer service
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up notes
- Administrative tasks including data entry
- Proven customer service or client support experience
- Excellent phone etiquette with a pleasant, professional tone
- Ability to remain calm and ability to handle difficult conversations
- Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and maintain company processes with consistency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
Required license or certification:
- Drivers License
- Microsoft Office Proficient
Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour
