ClosetParts is a fast-growing manufacturer of closet components based in Harleysville, PA, and we’re hiring a CNC Operator to help keep our shop running efficiently and accurately. No prior CNC experience is required—we’re happy to train the right person. What matters most is your mindset: eager to learn, hungry to improve, and driven to take ownership of your work.

CNC Operator Mission:
Produce precise, high-quality components that keep our shop running on time and to spec—while contributing to a positive team culture and a continuous improvement mindset.
Outcomes (Success Metrics):
- Job Accuracy: Maintain ≥ 98% accuracy on all cut jobs by inspecting materials and comparing to finalized drawings.
- Throughput & Efficiency: Meet daily/weekly machine operation benchmarks within 60 days of onboarding.
- Machine Uptime: Proactively perform and/or report maintenance to minimize downtime and keep machines running at ≥ 95% uptime.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrate reliability and willingness to assist in other areas when needed (assembly, prep, material handling).
- Learning & Growth: Cross-train in at least one additional area (edgebander, dowel insertion, order prep) within 90 days.
- Clean & Safe Work Area: Maintain a clean, organized station and adhere to all safety protocols daily.

The Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (3-day weekends!)
- Pay: $17–$20/hr based on experience Raise opportunities available within first 90 days based on performance
