Closet Factory is currently looking for experienced sales people with knowledge of interior design and organization.
Our franchise is nationally recognized and has been in business for over 30 years. We service the metropolitan Phoenix/Scottsdale and outlying communities. We design, sell, manufacture and install custom cabinetry and are looking to grow our sales team. We want employees who are creative and innovative as well as dedicated and disciplined in their approach to the job.

Your Role as a Design Consultant:
- Make a personal connection with your customers
- Truly understand and capture your customer’s goals – Listen first
- Take in-home site measurements
- Prepare exceptional cabinetry and closet designs using CAD software
- Present designs in collaborative meetings, both in our showroom and virtually
- Secure sale and submit accurate drawings/specifications to the office
- Deliver exemplary customer service from design through installation

Personality, Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, engaging, professional, and confident
- Highly organized, detail oriented, data driven, self-starting
- Creative with a flair for design
- 2 Years in relationship-based sales
- Home improvement related experience a plus
- Highly proficient computer skills (PC) use your own computer
- Comfortable at in home sales
- CAD software and database experience a plus

Pay: $3,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
