Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain a Homag CNC machine for cabinet and millwork production
- Interpret and follow detailed production drawings and blueprints
- Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment
- Ensure finished products meet quality and dimensional standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and production efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Safely operate a forklift for material handling
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery in cabinet or millwork production preferred
- Experiance working in cabinet and mill is a big plus
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawings
- Ability to perform measurements accurately and maintain quality control
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience with forklift operation - prior certification a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to follow strict safety standards
