- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to consult with clients, understand their needs, and provide a high-quality experience.
- Candidates should possess Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design skills to create functional, aesthetically pleasing custom storage solutions.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including consultative selling, closing techniques, and comfort working with goals or quotas.
- Relevant experience in residential design, cabinetry, closets, or home improvement is beneficial.
- Ability to read or learn basic measurements, use design software or CAD tools, and interpret floor plans is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits in the Jacksonville, FL area.
- High school diploma required; additional education in design, architecture, or a related field is a plus.
