Position Overview

We are seeking outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors / Lead Setters.

In this role, you’ll represent Closet Factory DFW at retail partner locations(Costco/Lowe's), events, community activation, trade shows, and inside our Mobile Showroom. Your primary focus will be connecting with potential customers, creating excitement around our brand, and scheduling complimentary in-home design consultations.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner

• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations

• Represent Closet Factory DFW at Lowe’s, Costco, home shows, community events, and promotional activation

• Help create a memorable and positive customer experience

• Educate customers on our products, services, and brand story

• Assist with Mobile Showroom events and promotional setup/breakdown

• Track leads and customer interactions accurately

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve goals

• Become knowledgeable about our custom storage solutions and design process

• Strong communication and people skills

• Positive, outgoing, and self-motivated personality

• Comfortable approaching and talking with new people

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed

• Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus — but not required
