- Full-time, stable weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM)

- Monitor and adjust machine settings for accuracy
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Comfortable working on your feet in a production setting
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Hands-on problem solvers who enjoy working with machinery
