About The Role

We’re looking for a Business Support Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an onsite role based in our Landover, MD office. You’ll play a critical role in supporting daily operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a great customer experience.

In This Role, You Will

  • Support internal teams with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Help manage scheduling, documentation, and customer communications
  • Ensure timely data entry and record-keeping
  • Deliver excellent customer service by phone, email, or in person
  • Keep office systems organized and running smoothly
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues efficiently

Key Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative support or customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Ability to stay focused, manage time, and meet deadlines
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule & Location:

  • Full-time, onsite role based in Landover, MD
  • Monday through Friday, standard business hours
  • This is a seated, office-based role requiring sustained computer and phone work
